Domestic Return & Exchange Policy

📝Before starting any return, exchange or defective item claim. Please email sales@nicholasbowling.com with:

  1. Name
  2. Email used to place the order
  3. Order number
  4. Clear photo of the defect (if it is a defective item)

Requests submitted without this information cannot be processed.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund to your original payment method and simply place a new order for the correct item. This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible!  

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will go to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item due to an error on our part, you do not need to return the item. Once the defect is verified, we will send you a replacement. We do not cover damage incurred during shipment.

🌍 International Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds: Because of the complexities and high costs associated with overseas logistics, all international sales are final. *We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. We recommend double-checking our size guides to ensure the perfect fit for your new apparel!

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item that was NBM's fault, you do not need to return it. We will issue you a Store Credit (Gift Card) for the full value of the item so you can order a replacement immediately.

How to Submit a Defective Item Claim

Please email sales@nicholasbowling.com with:

  1. Name 
  2. Email used to place the order 
  3. Order number
  4. Clear photo of the defect

Once we review your photo, we will email you a digital Gift Card for the cost of the product and shipping. Please note, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes nor damages incurred during shipment.

Lost or Missing Packages: We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the NBM Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend keeping a close eye on your tracking information once it is provided to you. Please note, USPS may not supply tracking information for all orders.
